1. About Zixo Agent
Zixo Agent is a SaaS platform operated by Zixo Homes Ltd (Company No. 16143515, Trademark UK00004185578), registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Boston Commercial Centre Limited, William Garfit Walk, 116 High Street, Boston, PE21 8TG, United Kingdom. Zixo Agent provides AI-powered tools for UK ecommerce sellers listing on eBay, Shopify and their own WooCommerce store.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using Zixo Agent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users including free and paid subscribers.
3. Use of Service
You may use Zixo Agent only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations • Violate eBay, Amazon or any marketplace Terms of Service • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Use the service to engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices • Share your account credentials with others • Copy, import or republish product information, images or descriptions from any store, website or supplier without the owner's permission — you may only use products you own, hold a licence for, or are authorised to dropship We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that breach this section. The product importer is provided only for supplier catalogues you are authorised to sell from.
4. AI Features
Zixo Agent provides AI features powered by the Anthropic Claude API. When you use AI features, the content of your request (which may include your business data such as products, orders and supplier information) is processed by our servers and passed to Anthropic for processing under their data policies. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Always verify before acting on AI recommendations. You are responsible for any content you publish based on AI output, including its accuracy and legal compliance.
5. Marketplace Compliance and Seller Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Zixo Agent complies with the terms and policies of eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify and any other marketplace you sell on. Zixo Agent makes no guarantee of compliance with any third-party platform's rules, and you use automation features entirely at your own risk. You remain the sole Seller of Record for all products you list and sell. You are solely responsible for product safety and compliance, intellectual property rights, VAT and other taxes, consumer rights obligations, and order fulfilment. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zixo Homes Ltd against any claims, fines or losses arising from your selling activity, including claims by marketplaces, buyers, rights holders or government authorities. Zixo Agent is a management tool — it does not guarantee sales, rankings or account safety. We strongly recommend reading each platform's Seller Policies.
6. Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds
If you installed Zixo Agent from the Shopify App Store, your plan is billed by Shopify, not by us. You choose, change or cancel it in your Shopify admin (Zixo Agent → Plan), the charges appear on your Shopify bill, and Shopify's billing terms apply. Uninstalling the app ends the plan. The paid trial, card payments, refunds and cancellation steps below are for plans bought on our website and do not apply to a Shopify-billed plan. Plans bought on our website are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of purchase. By starting a paid plan you may ask us to begin the service immediately; you can still cancel within those 14 days, in which case we will refund any amount for the unused portion of that period. The 7-day trial is a paid product (£0.99), charged when you start it. It is the first seven days of the plan you choose, and at the end of those seven days that plan begins at its normal price and renews as any other subscription does. The amount and the date of that first full charge are shown to you before you pay the £0.99, and you can cancel at any point during the seven days from account settings — in which case you pay the £0.99 and nothing further. One trial per account. The Zixo browser extension is free: it needs a Zixo account but no payment, and no subscription of any kind is required to use it. Selling channels and suppliers are never sold as add-ons. The channels each plan includes are shown on the pricing page; to use a channel your plan does not include, you change plan. Founder pricing is an introductory rate for the first 100 subscribers. It applies for 12 months from the day your plan first bills at its normal price; after that your subscription renews at the standard price for your plan. We will tell you by email at least 30 days before that happens, and you may cancel at any time before it takes effect. We may otherwise change our prices from time to time on the same 30 days notice, and you may cancel before a new price applies. 7. Paying for Supplier Orders
If you installed Zixo Agent from the Shopify App Store, we never take payment from you for supplier orders: they are paid from your own supplier account (for example your CJ Dropshipping wallet), and the rest of this section does not apply to you. Otherwise, where you ask Zixo Agent to place an order with a supplier on your behalf, you pay us for that individual order at the moment you approve it. There is no wallet, stored balance or pre-payment: we do not hold funds for you at any time. The amount is quoted live from the supplier immediately before payment and covers the supplier's goods price and shipping, converted to GBP, plus our service fee. The fee is included in the total shown to you before you pay. If we cannot obtain a live quote, we do not take a payment and the order is not placed. Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is only treated as paid once Stripe confirms it to us. Automatic fulfilment, where enabled, is subject to the approval settings in your account. Refunds, cancellations and publishing a listing always require your explicit action and are never performed automatically.
8. Aggregated Market Insights
Zixo Agent measures real demand using aggregated sales data from across its users, rather than static third-party estimates. You grant us a licence to include your order data in that aggregation, on the following terms, which are enforced in our software: • We record counts only. Nothing in the aggregation records which seller sold which product, and no buyer information of any kind is included. • A search term is only ever published once at least three separate sellers have sold into it. Below that threshold the term is discarded entirely, not hidden or estimated — because the existence of the row would itself reveal one seller's trade. • Only the last 90 days are used, and the dataset is rebuilt each night rather than accumulated, so a product that stops selling stops being reported. • The result is an aggregate market signal shown to other users. Your individual figures are never shown to anyone. You can opt out at any time in Settings → Data Management. Opting out excludes your orders from the aggregation before it is built, not merely from what is displayed. Opting out does not reduce your access to any feature.
9. Data and Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. User business data (products, orders, suppliers) is stored in your browser locally and in Supabase. To fulfil an order you have approved, we pass the delivery details for that order to the supplier you have chosen (for example CJ Dropshipping or AliExpress), which may be outside the UK. This is necessary to perform the order. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Zixo Agent and the ZIXO trademark are owned by Zixo Homes Ltd (UK00004185578). You may not reproduce, copy or distribute our platform without written permission. Content you create using Zixo Agent (listings, descriptions) remains your property.
11. Limitation of Liability
Zixo Agent is provided "as is" without warranties. Zixo Homes Ltd is not liable for: • Marketplace account suspensions • Loss of sales or revenue • Errors in AI-generated content • Data loss from browser storage Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
