Listing
Zixo builds a complete listing from a product — title, description, item specifics, images, variants and price — and publishes it to the marketplaces you have connected. Every draft is checked for a real price, a confirmed shipping cost and UK compliance before it can go live, and you approve it before anything is published.
Automated Pricing
Zixo repricing keeps each listing priced against a profit floor you set, recalculated from the real numbers — marketplace fees, shipping and VAT — so a price can never be lowered into a loss. When a price changes, Zixo updates it on every channel that product is listed on. You choose whether repricing runs on a schedule or asks for your approval on every change.
Inventory and Order Management
Orders sync automatically from every connected store into one queue, with buyer, address and dispatch-by date. Stock is tracked against your supplier, and when an item runs out Zixo sets that listing’s quantity to zero on the marketplace instead of letting it keep selling. Once a parcel ships, the tracking number and carrier are uploaded back to the marketplace automatically.
Product Research and Scouting
Zixo finds products with real UK demand and scores every candidate for margin, competition and risk before you commit. It compares live supplier costs and shipping against current marketplace selling prices, so you can see the true profit on a product before it is ever listed.
Direct-to-Consumer Shipping
Zixo sells merchant-fulfilled: every order ships directly to the buyer, with no warehouse of ours in between. When you approve an order, Zixo places it with your supplier against the delivery address the order came with, records the carrier and tracking number, and writes that tracking back to the channel the sale came from — your eBay order, or your own WooCommerce store — so the buyer can follow the parcel. Buyer names and addresses are used only to get that parcel delivered — never sold, never shared beyond the supplier and carrier who have to have them, and deleted 30 days after dispatch.
Analytics and Reporting
A profit and loss report per product, per marketplace and per month, calculated after marketplace fees, shipping, returns and VAT — not on revenue. Zixo also tracks your position against the UK VAT registration threshold and against your own targets, and every report exports to CSV.

Questions, answered.
eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and WooCommerce are live today, and you source from Alibaba, AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping. TikTok Shop listings must ship from a UK warehouse — that is TikTok’s rule for UK dropshipping. Amazon is built and sitting in Amazon’s review queue — we’re not giving a date, because that timeline isn’t ours to set. OnBuy is planned. Every channel is labelled with its real status in Integrations above, and we don’t list one as live before it is.
No. One product with twelve size and colour combinations is one listing. Some tools count each combination: AutoDS’s own help centre says “A variation is any unique combination of product attributes, such as size and colour. For example, a product with 3 sizes and 3 colours counts as 9 variations.” AutoDS caps how many variations you can hold at once. We cap how many listings your plan can publish in total — and a listing counts once, however many variants it has.
Nothing is sold as an add-on. Every plan includes eBay, and Pro and Scale add your own WooCommerce store — so if you want WooCommerce on Starter, you move up a plan rather than buy a channel. Suppliers are unlimited on every plan.
Two things: how many listings you publish (200/500/1,000) and how much research you run. That figure is your plan's total, not a monthly one — publish them in a week or over a year, it makes no difference, and when you reach it you move up a plan. Every plan includes eBay and unlimited suppliers; Pro and Scale add your WooCommerce store, more volume and more automation. Listings are pooled across the channels you connect, and all variants of a product count as one listing.

No — eBay on its own works fine. WooCommerce is your own shop, there if you want one alongside the marketplace. Not sure whether you have it? WordPress builds the website, and WooCommerce is the free plugin that turns it into a shop — if you sell from a WordPress site, you have WooCommerce. You’ll need your store URL and REST API keys to connect.
