AI product listing

Zixo builds a complete listing from a product — title, description, item specifics, images, variants and price — and publishes it to the stores you have connected: eBay on every plan, and your own WooCommerce store on Pro and Scale. Every draft is checked for a real price, a confirmed shipping cost and UK compliance before it can go live, and you approve it before anything is published.

Supplier ordering

When an order comes in and you approve it, Zixo places it with your supplier against the buyer’s delivery address, records the carrier and tracking number, and uploads the tracking back to the channel the sale came from. Auto-ordering works with CJ Dropshipping and AliExpress. You can browse and import from Alibaba, where you place orders yourself.

Each supplier order is paid for at the moment you approve it, at a price quoted live from the supplier immediately before payment. There is no wallet or stored balance.

Automated pricing

Repricing keeps each listing priced against a profit floor you set, recalculated from real marketplace fees, shipping and VAT, so a price can never be lowered into a loss. You choose whether it runs on a schedule or asks for your approval on every change.

Orders and stock

Orders sync automatically from every connected store into one queue, with buyer, address and dispatch-by date. Stock is tracked against your supplier; when an item runs out, Zixo sets that listing’s quantity to zero instead of letting it keep selling.

Product research

Zixo scores products for real UK demand, margin, competition and risk before you commit, comparing live supplier costs and shipping against current marketplace selling prices.

Profit and VAT tracking

A profit and loss report per product, per marketplace and per month — after fees, shipping, returns and VAT, not on revenue. Zixo also tracks your position against the UK VAT registration threshold. It is a running view, not a filing tool or tax advice. See the £135 rule explained.

Free browser extension

The Zixo extension for Chrome and Edge compares the same product across Amazon and eBay — matched on a real barcode or confirmed brand and part number — and sends a product from AliExpress or eBay into Zixo as a draft in one click. It needs a free Zixo account and no plan.
