Questions, answered.
eBay and WooCommerce are live today, and you source from Alibaba, AliExpress and CJ Dropshipping. Shopify, TikTok Shop and Amazon are built and sitting in each platform’s review queue — we’re not giving dates, because those timelines aren’t ours to set. OnBuy is planned. Every channel is labelled with its real status in Integrations above, and we don’t list one as live before it is.
No. One product with twelve size and colour combinations is one listing. Some tools count each combination: AutoDS’s own help centre says “A variation is any unique combination of product attributes, such as size and colour. For example, a product with 3 sizes and 3 colours counts as 9 variations.” AutoDS caps how many variations you can hold at once. We cap how many listings your plan can publish in total — and a listing counts once, however many variants it has.
Nothing is sold as an add-on. Every plan includes eBay, and Pro and Scale add your own WooCommerce store — so if you want WooCommerce on Starter, you move up a plan rather than buy a channel. Suppliers are unlimited on every plan.
Two things: how many listings you publish (200/500/1,000) and how much research you run. That figure is your plan's total, not a monthly one — publish them in a week or over a year, it makes no difference, and when you reach it you move up a plan. Every plan includes eBay and unlimited suppliers; Pro and Scale add your WooCommerce store, more volume and more automation. Listings are pooled across the channels you connect, and all variants of a product count as one listing.
£0.99 for 7 days, and it does need a card. You pick the plan you want to try and you get all of it — not a cut-down demo. On day 8 that plan starts at its normal price, which we show you in full, with the date, before you pay the £0.99. Cancel any time during the 7 days in Settings → Billing and you are charged nothing further. One trial per account.
Any time, from your dashboard. Upgrades apply instantly; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
No — eBay on its own works fine. WooCommerce is your own shop, there if you want one alongside the marketplace. Not sure whether you have it? WordPress builds the website, and WooCommerce is the free plugin that turns it into a shop — if you sell from a WordPress site, you have WooCommerce. You’ll need your store URL and REST API keys to connect.
Zixo calculates VAT per sale and per marketplace using your registered rate, and shows what you owe in real time alongside true net profit. It’s a running view of your position, not a filing tool and not tax advice — your accountant and your MTD submission are still yours.
It researches, drafts and queues work — but anything that spends money or goes live to buyers waits for your approval. You set the guardrails.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the UK/EU, and never sold. You can export or delete it whenever you want. Buyer names and addresses are used only to get parcels delivered, shared only with the supplier and carrier who need them, and deleted 30 days after dispatch.
Not yet. We’re UK-only at launch. The EU, US and UAE are on the roadmap, without dates attached.
